Screens hide and show items dependent on the type of installation and credentials of the user. Therapy Admissions capture SOC, Medical Diagnosis, Onset Date and Diagnostic Groups. Discipline specific Treating Diagnoses and CPT codes are also validated against LCD Policies ensuring data integrity and reducing denials. Smart displays each Facility/Discipline set of ICD9 and CPT codes allowing codes to be limited based on Facility or LCD. Medical necessity is validated with each admission
Built on the same mature and scalable platform that powers our SNF product, SmartClinic is an integrated clinical and financial application designed to help clinics manage many of the important functions within their businesses. While SmartClinic supports clinical excellence through care planning and clinical documentation, the software centers on Revenue Cycle Management. With escalating labor and administrative costs, along with progressively complex reimbursement rules, clinics must take control of their financial picture if they are to prosper and grow. The centralized database design gives customers the option of establishing one or more centralized billing offices to efficiently service many clinics. A sophisticated rules engine monitors claims for accuracy and completeness, looking for issues that can cause a claim to be rejected or held.
