Customer Support Technician

We are currently seeking a Customer Support Technician to work with our Therapy Management Solutions Software in the Agoura Hills, CA office.

Responsibilities
  • You will serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal staff.
  • Assist clients making inquiries via email and telephone regarding basic information about software and services.
  • Research, troubleshoot clients’ questions and provide alternate solutions in a live call center environment.
  • Record client examination for follow-up and tracking purposes.
  • Proficiently utilize client support tools, systems and procedures to provide accurate, authoritative and prompt support solutions that exceed client expectations.
  • Consistently demonstrate the ability to effectively handle calls and emails to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Must have excellent communication skills, (written, and verbal), strong customer service skills.
  • Need to be professional and patient.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Must be able to work through challenging scenarios with customers - either complex questions or sometimes an agitated caller.
  • Strong attention to details, highly organized, keyboard competency, computer literate.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced call center professional office environment.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate's Degree preferred. 2 - 3 years business or business related training in a customer service environment, preferably in Healthcare with a Therapy focus. Previous experience in a call center, medical billing, therapy environment or tech support environment; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
